DraftKings Upgrades Loyalty Plan, Unveils New Elite Program

DraftKings enhanced its Dynasty Rewards customer loyalty program by adding various redemption choices for participants in the plan's top tiers. 

A key improvement in the online sportsbook operator's rewards program is the 2025 Elite Rewards Gifts and Experience Catalog, set to launch in January. These rewards — available to participants in the Diamond and Onyx Tiers of Dynasty Rewards — feature Apple electronic packages, tickets to Broadway performances, luxury watches, and holidays, among various other rewards.

Dynasty Rewards consists of five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Onyx. 

The Importance of Enhancements to DraftKings’ Loyalty Program 

Together with competitor FanDuel, DraftKings is part of a duopoly that casts a significant shadow over the North American online sports wagering market. Even with that position, the loyalty programs provided by online-only companies frequently lack the richness of those from certain competitors.

DraftKings purchased Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) in May 2022. There was no reference to the exclusive segment of Dynasty Rewards possibly covering stays at Golden Nugget physical casinos. Those properties are owned by Tilman Fertitta, not by DraftKings.

Crowns may also be exchanged for DK Dollars, which can be utilized for sports betting, entering DFS contests, or playing online casino games.
